Maroubra. Private self-contained Studio near Beach

This granny flat is a dream. The outdoor area is a peaceful haven, filled with the sweet sounds of birds in the morning. It feels super private and we loved our stay. It has a heater and AC which is really rare and an amazing feature. Equipped with everything you need we just brought clothes.

But what truly makes this place special is the landlords. They're incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable.

Kerri and Gary are amazing landlords and their place has everything one could wish for and more! The place is really well equipped, extremely well maintained, very comfortable, and in an amazing location. It's quiet yet only 2 minutes from the bus to the CBD or UNSW, 8 min walk from the beach and 15 min (or 3 bus stops) from major supermarkets. Kerri and Gary live next door and are extremely helpful and very quick to respond, but the place is completely private. On a nice day, it is great to sit in the garden for a morning coffee. In my opinion one of the best places you can find for 1 or 2 people in Sydney!

Kerri and Gary are the most wonderful hosts and made this studio a home away from home and a peaceful oasis. They are extremely kind and we had great communication from the start. The studio is airy and bright and comes with everything you need and more: exceptionally well equipped kitchen (every cook's dream ;), spacious closet, comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom. I loved the little terrace with absolute privacy and enjoyed my morning coffee under the monstera and dishwashing and cooking with a jungle view. I stayed for six weeks and I could have easily stayed here for months! I highly recommend K & G's studio and I am very grateful I had the opportunity to meet such amazing people. Thank you for everything and making my time so special!
