We are going away for the year and looking for people to love our house as much as we do! It is suitable for a couple, a family, or roommates. Outlined in detail below, this house has a huge living space, 3 great bedrooms, an office, 3.5 baths, and great outdoor space! Main floor: The entrance leads to an open concept living space, with a large living room with TV (huge L shaped couch and large comfy chair). There are convenient, built-in cubbies, shoe bins, and hooks for jackets! This turns into the dining room with a beautiful wood table and 6 chairs, though the table can accommodate 9 chairs (3 extra in the basement). Keep walking to get to the kitchen, which could be the best part of the house! There are so many cabinets and drawers with every cooking appliance you could dream of, a separate beverage fridge built into the island, 6-burner gas stovetop, two ovens, and two sinks. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools. Additionally, there is an open pantry for food, TV, and our "coffee tea corner". Next to the dining room table is a halfbath. Second floor: Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, though one is currently an office/stationary bike room. The primary bedroom is large, with a queen bed, 2 nightstands, full dresser and mirror, bookshelf, 2 separate closets, Juliet balcony to the backyard, fireplace, TV, and private bathroom. Primary bathroom has 2 sinks, shower, and separate tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, desk with standing desk option and monitor, and sizable closet. This room is connected to the office via the shared bathroom with two sinks and combined shower/tub. The office has a stationary bike and large desk with monitor, as well as another closet. Laundry room with washer and dryer is in the hallway. Basement: Fully finished basement with high ceilings and more natural light than most basements! Separate living room space that leads to a work space, bathroom, and bedroom. This is a double bed with nightstands, dresser, and huge closets! Outdoor space: We have a fenced in front yard with a hammock and garden beds and a greenhouse for any plant-lovers. The street we live on is tree-lined and there is always parking available. The yard connects through the side of the house through a gate to the backyard. The backyard has a patio with a grill (connected gas line), table with four chairs and umbrella, hot tub, and another greenhouse for plants!
