Description

This is a two bedroom two bathroom renovated apartment with views of Lake Michigan from every room. It is on the 11th floor of a well-managed 13 story building in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood. The building has a small gym on the first floor and grills on the courtyard. One of the bedrooms in the apartment has a queen size bed and the other one serves as an office space. There are two bathrooms. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large dishwasher. The apartment will be fully furnished. There is a small beach at the end of the block (2 minute walk from the front door of the apartment) and a larger beach on the next block (6 minute walk). You can walk to Loyola beach in 15 minutes and to South Boulevard Beach in Evanston in about 20 minutes. The red line (Jarvis stop) is a 7 min walk and Howard purple stop is 15 minutes by foot. There is a nearby summer farmers market on the weekends.
