Description
Modern, warm, comfortable home. We are looking for a professional couple or one with a little older child. Someone who will treat our home like their own and can have the use of our gardens etc.. Nice view and sunset view over the coastal range from both living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a small balcony. A lot of light and sunlight on property, nice views to the west as the house sits up in the southwest hills. The house has wow factor! Totally fenced, large electric gate for complete security and privacy. Plenty of parking space. Really the perfect home for staying while on sabbatical!
