We are looking for an individual, couple, or family interested in staying in our lovely historical home while we are away. The main floor has large living area with TV, dining room with a table for six, spacious kitchen, pantry, laundry and a half bath, with room for a potential second office space. The second floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and a dedicated office room with stand-up desk and plenty of shelving. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. The home has a large amount of storage for a historical home and a beautiful backyard space with gardens, large patio with lounge furniture and an outdoor dining setup, and grill. There is also a large two-car garage available. The home is located in the fabulous historical neighborhood of Curtis Park. Within less than a mile you will find numerous coffee shops, parks and all the best Denver restaurants. The home is located close to the Denver light rail and the line to the Denver airport, and also offers easy access to downtown and I-70/I-25.
