Large, light-filled double bedroom with ensuite in our three-storey Victorian house - a pair of double rooms is also available if you are a large family - #155020. We (me, an artist and Sandy, a jazz/classical musician) live in a residential street in a vibrant area - Shepherd's Bush/Chiswick - near parks, the river, cafes/bars, theatre, cinemas and music venues, all in walking distance. Transport links are brilliant - a short bus ride to Notting Hill Gate, four tube lines into Central London and a 20 minute drive to Heathrow. Hire bikes are available nearby. We are in zone 2 and our nearest tube station is Stamford Brook on the District Line. (Central, Piccadilly and Circle all nearby) The communal areas are shared with us - downstairs is a beautiful, light-filled space opening onto a long garden with different areas to sit and eat in and find privacy. At the front of the house is a cosy sitting room with double doors into a large kitchen and a beautiful conservatory opening onto the terrace. From the contemporary space of the conservatory, the garden is traditionally planted with trees and roses. Wifi throughout house. Books, toys, art cupboard, guitar, piano, record player, tennis rackets (public tennis courts nearby). Netflix and Amazon Prime available on TV in sitting room.
