Description
There are four bedrooms available in our 1910 homes. #1: Guests and owner share a newly renovated kitchen with a gas stove as well as the garden area. The living room, bathroom, and bedrooms are shared only by guests (up to 4). There is also a large outdoor dining table and a small barbecue. #2: Guests share a three bedroom, 1 bath apartment with 2 others. For both #1 & #2: There is a well-maintained laundromat just a block away. The garden area has lovely fruiting and other trees UC Berkeley is just a bike-ride away. Getting to a lovely bay-side park is a 10 minute drive. Excellent shopping is within walking distance. The home is one block away from the subway (BART) and busses that travel to many Bay Area locations.

Comments: Size listed is approximate and is for all shared spaces. Each bedroom is approximately 150 sq feet and each bedroom has a queen bed to accommodate 2 persons. If both bedrooms are rented at once we can accommodate up to 4 persons.
