This basement apartment has a private entrance and very comfortable spaces. It is fully furnished (except the bed), and light comes through every living space. There are two other separate apartments in the house, and all tenants have access to a washer and dryer. Electricity and heat run $55 to $75 monthly. The house is located on a beautiful, quiet street in Brighton, close to buses 65, 57, 89, and the train. Parking is not available but there is parking on the street. No smoking, no pets, and no subletting.
