**** CONSTRUCTION-RELATED ACTIVITIES THROUGH END OF 2024 **** The building is going through what is called Local Law 11, which requires NYC buildings taller than six stories to have their facades inspected and repaired every 5 years. Implications for your stay: - There is no access to the balcony during this period. The balcony is being entirely rebuilt. - Scaffolding around the balcony is partially obstructing views. The two narrow windows (facing south) remain unobstructed. - Expect construction noise during the week (Monday - Friday), between 8am and 5pm. Noise will be loud at times, so do not plan to work from home during your stay.
