We're renting out our gorgeous furnished apartment. It's a spacious and well-laid out one-bedroom - perfect for a couple or a single individual. It has a nice size living room with incredible sunlight. It's in the tallest building on our street, so from the couch, we see treetops out of all four living room windows! The bedroom has a full size bed, an enormous closet, AC, and 2 windows. Even the bathroom gets sunlight so bright that you feel like you're showering outside! The kitchen is awesome - marble countertops, a dishwasher, etc. There's also hardwood floors throughout (minus kitchen and bathroom). There's laundry and bike storage in the basement and a shared yard to boot! We're smack between Harvard and Central Squares, so real close to both T stations and the #1 bus. A 5 minute walk from Harvard Yard, 3 minute walk to the new Cambridge Public Library & public tennis courts, and 7 minute walk from the Charles River. We have rented our place a few times and it always works out great! We are the owners but are currently based in NYC. $2850 / Month - plus utilities (water, heat, electricity and internet -- all of which are already set up) and access to shared off-street parking and a shared yard.
