I'm renting my much beloved 1100 sq ft home on a sunny and leafy corner lot in Northeast LA for a month while out of town. The pretty 1930's stand alone house is nestled at the base of Monterey Hills, a short walk to Highland Park and South Pasadena. Features a large gated private garden with plenty of space to play, exercise, relax or have a meal al fresco. Private off street gated parking. Hardwood floors, lots of light, completely furnished, wifi, new central air conditioning and heat. Newly remodeled kitchen with everything you need including microwave, new fridge, stove + dishwasher. Full newly remodeled bath with shower and tub. Laundry room with new washer + dryer. It's a 2 bedroom house --I'm using the 2nd bedroom as an office but we can talk about turning it back into a second bedroom if that's what you need. The neighborhood is peaceful and central to freeways, grocery shopping + restaurants. Close (but not too close) to the 5, 110, 10, 710 and 101, and there are lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc in Highland Park to go to. Rent is $3700/month incl. all utilities and can be pro-rated for shorter stays. Possibly lowered a bit if you're open to taking care of watering and garden.
