Description
Looking for a house exchange - May 14-Jun 12 2024 my home for Berlin or other parts of Germany or nearby in Europe. Other times in the year would like to exchange my home for Toronto or Victoria Canada. 2nd fl of 3 storey building (with elevator), faces back of building so your view are the trees, and sounds are of a creek. No pets please, I am severely allergic. Pros: Good building, great neighbours, spacious apartment. Spacious desks in main bedroom and second bedroom Main bedroom has walk-in closet, there is a storage space / pantry beside kitchen. Beautiful views. Close to 4 bus lines including 210 express to Vancouver, and across the street from mall. Cons: Can be dark in winter time, wood frame building so you can sometimes hear footsteps upstairs
